League of Women Voters of Kansas President Martha Pint issued the following statement in response to the Kansas Supreme Court's decision to review a lower-court ruling in League of Women Voters v. Schwab. The court will hear arguments about the portion of the lawsuit that relates to ballot collection and signature matching.
